This booking and cancellation policy shall govern the relations established between GORILLA TRIP,
and users making commercial transactions through our Web, www.gorilla-trip.com.
NOTE
In the field of tourism and adventure sports there is a potential risk from being outdoors and in contact
with nature. The guides and instructors have the training and experience appropriate to perform the
activity. To follow his instructions and directives depends on your safety during the activity.
1. ACTIVITIES
The activities offered are subject to environmental conditions in which they develop and the people
involved in the activities, so that changes can occur before or even during the activity (weather, sudden
changes of sea conditions, physical problems of participants, etc. . .).
In case of cancellation by GORILLA TRIP, the customer is entitled to the postponement of the activity,
the replacement by another activity of their conformity or the refund of the amount paid.
2. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The customer has the obligation to report possible states of pregnancy, paraplegia or cardiovascular
disease before hiring any activity. Also agree not to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, as well
as any other medication that might affect their ability to react.
To participate in water activities is essential to know how to swim. In the data sheet of each activity are
specified all conditions, requirements and suggestions. Minors must have permission or be
accompanied by a responsible person. In any case, and especially for advanced-level activities,
GORILLA TRIP may choose a pre-test the customer and reserves the right of admission.
3. GORILLA TRIP COMMITMENT
The company’s commitment begins with the outsourced activities; the contract and responsibility of
GORILLA TRIP only affect directly to the work of the instructors and the organization of the activity.
4. PRICES
Prices are per person and include the services offered by GORILLA TRIP, VAT inclusive and for the
minimum group indicated. Unless otherwise expressed literally, hiring external services
(accommodation, food …) will be charged to the customer, but to provide such services, can
sometimes be managed by GORILLA TRIP.
The price includes the necessary material and equipment, both individually and collectively, unless
otherwise indicated. Each sheet specifies the necessary material and equipment for each activity and
program.

5. INSURANCE
The price of the services and activities included assistance with insurance coverage in case of
accidents.
Accident Insurance: Policy No. 20170120348951, contracted with the insurance company SURNE.
The price of each activity also includes the TRIP GORILLA Policy for third party liability coverage and
provided with minimum quantities required.
Liability Insurance: Policy No. 48448583 contracted with the insurance company AXA Insurance.
Complete information about the condition and insurance coverage is available to customers and will be
sent to you on request.
6. CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
To confirm a reservation, the customer must pay the total amount of the services and activities in
advance.
The customer may cancel the services requested or contracted, and be entitled to a refund of amounts
paid, but must compensate GORILLA TRIP in the amounts indicated below:
• Pay the costs of management of 15% of the total, and a penalty consisting of 10% of the total
amount of the reserve, if cancellation without cause, if the cancellation occurs more than 7 days before
the date commencement of the program,
If the cancellation happens to be within the last seven days before the date of the start of the booking,
the total amount will be charged to the customer, implying no refund.
• Failure to provide the date and time indicated by GORILLA TRIP involve the obligation of the
customer to pay the total amount of the reservation.
7. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
Since the confirmation of the booking, the client expressly assume all of these Conditions. In the event
that a person enrolls other / s, assumes in its / s name / s each and every one of these Conditions.
